If you are like most women, you’ve probably wondered when you are fertile. And again, if you’re like most women, you have probably heard a few variations. This generally ranges from “mid-cycle” to “14 days before the start of your period.”
But, what you are often hearing is 1.) Only when you ovulate, not necessarily when you are actually fertile, and 2.) Based on calculations and averages of other women’s cycles.
Instead of relying on that, wouldn’t you rather know exactly when you are fertile in the current cycle you are in?
Luckily, you can do that really easily by observing one of your fertility signs: Cervical fluid.
