I’ve covered a bit about the different ways to learn the fertility awareness method on this blog before. Of course, one of those ways is through books, many of which I have listed on my recommended reading page.
But just saying you can learn from books doesn’t mean much, right? What’s the best book you could possibly learn from? Today’s video is here to answer that question:
Mentioned in the video:
What you need to know if you are reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility
I’d love to hear from you! If you chart your cycles already, how did you learn? What books were your favorite and did any just confuse you? Let me know in the comments?

Hannah, Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had only read Taking Charge of Your Fertility until I watched your video. I’m now devouring my second book (Natural Family Planning: The Complete Approach). It is so exciting to see that there is more than one effective way to practice FAM. I can’t wait to go back through my old charts to apply what I’m learning.

Yay! So excited for you. It really is fun to learn more than one way to do things :)
