I have felt the same way. Unfortunately for me, I’ve fallen into the trap of trying to make my diet more and more perfect. Sound familiar?
The diet trap is common because diet is super easy to control. It’s straightforward, objective. Not only that, but most of the time we can find diet plans from various experts telling us exactly what to eat. Sure, I’ll just be vegan-paleo-weston-price-whateverthefuck.
I don’t think that diet is unimportant, but if you choose to only focus on diet you may not find out what your health problem is, especially when it has to do with your hormones!
